1. CLOTHING INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

What is the concept/science behind Wilde Iris?

Wilde Iris meets at the intersection of science and style: a clothing collection of wonder-wear that supports children’s cognitive development and progresses in line with the age and stage of their maturing eyes. The patterns of our clothes and accessories draw on science in order to trigger neural connections by age and stage and support your infant's ongoing cognitive, social and physical development.

How do I care for the garments?

You can machine wash your garments at 40℃, or 30℃ to be kinder to the planet. For the best results tumble dry low or line dry naturally.
 Ensure you turn inside out and wash with similar colours to maintain longevity.

Does your clothing meet UK safety standards?

Yes. All our products are made from 100% organic cotton which is Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified. We additionally only use factories that are certified Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX, the strictest global textile safety standard, which means all our products are free from any harmful chemicals or substances and that every component of our garments – every thread, button, zip and dye – has been tested and proven harmless. The Standard 100 mark also ensures the social and environmental working conditions in our production facilities.

What are your sizing guidelines?

Our sizing matches the UK industry standard. For your convenience, our sizing chart is located next to each product or you can find it here

2. DELIVERY

How long will it take until I receive my items?

All standard deliveries will be shipped within 2-4 working days of the order being placed. If you need your orders sooner there is an express and next day delivery options. We use Royal Mail to send your parcels. You will receive an email notification when your order has been despatched.

 

Note that delivery times are estimates and that deliveries could take longer during peak season (such as Christmas).

How much is delivery?

Good news! We offer FREE standard UK delivery on orders (shipped in 2-4 business days). 

Express delivery (1-3 business days) - £4.50.

Next day delivery (order cut off time 12pm) - £6.50.

Do you deliver worldwide?

At the moment we only deliver within mainland UK (excluding Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland).

I’ve entered the wrong delivery address, can I change it?

If you have entered the shipping address incorrectly we will not be responsible for the cost of postage to re-send any items. However, if you realise you have made an error with the address please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to amend it for you providing your order has not been dispatched.

3. REFUNDS

What is your returns policy?

We hope that you will be satisfied with your order, but in case you have changed your mind we have a 30 day returns policy providing you have contacted us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can read more about our returns policy here.

How will I be refunded?

If approved, a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 days from our receipt of the returned parcel before the refund is completed. We always try to process returns as quickly as possible but during busy periods this could take up to 14 days from when we receive the goods. Do I need to pay for my return?

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. To ensure that we receive the returned items we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage.

4. ORDER ONLINE

How do I order online?

Shopping with Wilde Iris is very simple. Once you find your chosen garment on our website, select your preferred size and click “add to basket”. At this point you can choose to continue shopping, or proceed straight to the checkout. You can then follow the instructions on screen through our secure checkout process.

 

If you would like us to gift wrap your items, please add this option to your order from within your basket and let us know if you would like to include a gift message as well.

What information will I receive when I place my order?

Once your order is complete we will send you a confirmation email with an overview of your ordered items, shipping method, total amount and your selected payment method. When we have shipped your items, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel or change an order please reach out to the Wilde Iris team on hello@wildeiris.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched it may be possible to change. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the goods to us; please see more information about our returns policy here.

5. PAYMENT

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards or you can also choose to pay with PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. When selecting the PayPal option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site 'Log In' page; make sure you review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete you will then be returned to the Wilde Iris website. If you choose this payment option, please be sure to double check your shipping address.

6. GIFTING

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer virtual gift cards for the value of £10, £25, £50 and £100 which you can find here.

The gift card code will get sent straight to your email address and it contains information on how to redeem it.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Yes, you can select to have your order gift wrapped once you have added items to your basket.

 

Every gift wrapped order will be accompanied by a gorgeous gift card that can either be left blank for you to write your message or handwritten by us on your behalf.

 

We will remove any prices, wrap your gift and then post it directly to you or the recipient as per your preference.

Can I wrap several items in one order?

Yes, if you wish to take advantage of our gift wrap service and add in some items for yourself which should not be included in the gift wrap, you may do so.

At checkout, just tick the items you wish to have gift wrapped (in one parcel) and leave the items which you do not wish to be gift wrapped unticked. This way we know which ones to wrap.

Is the gift-wrapping paper recyclable?

Yes, our sensory gift packaging is made from FSC certified paper which is 100% compostable, recyclable and itself made from recycled materials. We hope the recipient will take care opening the gift and re-use the wrapping paper where possible.

7. PROMOTIONAL CODES

How do I apply a promotional code?

If you have a promotional code it can be used on the ‘Payment’ page at checkout. You can only apply one promotional code per order.

 

Please be aware we are unable to add a promotional code to an order after it has been placed.

What is your privacy policy?

Data security is important to Wilde Iris and we want to be open and transparent regarding how we handle your personal information. We therefore have a privacy policy that determines how your personal data should be processed and protected. You can read about our privacy policy here.

What is GDPR?

The Data Protection Regulation is the EU's regulatory framework that determines how companies and organisations may treat individuals' personal data. It supersedes the Personal Data Act and imposes high standards of personal privacy and information to the person whose personal information is processed. GDPR means "General Data Protection Regulation".

Is Wilde Iris GDPR compliant?

Yes, we follow European laws.

Where do I turn if I have questions about your privacy policy?

It is important for us to handle your personal data with great respect. To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Information systems and software programs are configured so that personal and identification data are used only when necessary to achieve the specific processing purpose from time to time sought.

Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. It also describes your rights and how you can make them happen.
